Curtain eyelets – modern and even

Curtain eyelets are ring-shaped reinforcements set directly into the top edge of a curtain fabric. The curtain rod is passed through them, so the fabric can be hung without additional hooks or rings. They create a particularly even, wave-like drape and look very modern.

Which machine suits my quantities?

For large quantities we recommend the pneumatic eyelet machine. The toggle press is suitable for small to medium quantities, the hand setting tool for one-offs and samples.

Which eyelet sizes can I process?

Pneumatic eyelet machine: 8 – 40 mm inner diameter
Toggle press: 3,5 – 40 mm inside diameter
Hand setting tool: up to 40 mm inner diameter, one tool per eyelet size

Can I also set snap fasteners and rivets with the toggle press?

Yes. With the appropriate tool set, the toggle press handles not only eyelets but also snap fasteners, rivets, trouser hooks and other fasteners. The tools are easy to change.

How long does delivery take?

Stock items are generally delivered within 1–3 working days.

For special products and custom versions, the delivery time is usually around 2–4 weeks.

Which eyelets are suitable for curtains?

The large brass curtain eyelets are ideal for curtains – round, square or octagonal and always with a matching washer. Find out more under Eyelets.

Are eyelets available in different colours?

Yes. Our eyelets are available in many electroplated finishes, for example nickel-plated silver, brass yellow, antique brass or antique copper.

Do you offer maintenance and repairs?

What are the advantages of curtain eyelets?

Curtain eyelets are worked directly into the top edge of the fabric. The curtain rod is pushed through the eyelets – without any hooks or rings. This creates even, wave-like folds and a modern look.

Which supplementary assortments are suitable for home textiles?

The small colourful eyelet set 599G contains eyelets in 5, 8 and 12 mm in nickel silver, gold, antique copper and black; the large eyelet assortment 599F contains eyelets in 10, 12 and 15 mm, nickel-plated silver – each with the matching setting dies.

Both complement a screw press, toggle press or the pneumatic machine T12 & PP5.

How do I punch large eyelet holes by hand?

With the hollow punch and a hammer – available round from Ø 2 to 66 mm. With the brass anvil as a support, you get clean holes in fabric, tarpaulins, leather and plastic.

Do I need washers for thin fabrics?

For thin, soft or delicate fabrics, additional washers are a good idea: they spread the pressure over a larger area so the eyelet does not tear out as easily, and they protect the material. We stock them to fit eyelets up to 40 mm inner diameter.
