Which machine suits my quantities?

Small batches: Pneumatic machine T12

Can you test our material in advance?

Yes. Send us your material – we will set samples with the appropriate fastening elements and tools and advise you on the best solution.

Do you offer service and spare parts?

Yes. We supply tool sets and spare parts and support you with setup, maintenance and training for your staff.

How long does delivery take?

Stock items are generally delivered within 1–3 working days.

For special products and custom versions, the delivery time is usually around 2–4 weeks.

How many parts can an attaching machine handle?

Depending on the machine and item, up to 100 pieces per minute. The fully automatic machines feed eyelets, washers or snap fastener parts automatically and set them in a single operation.

Are the machines safe to operate?

Yes. Our attaching machines have integrated finger protection. We will also be happy to train your staff during setup.

Are there tools for our items?

Yes. We keep a large stock of tools and, on request, also manufacture customer-specific tools in our in-house workshop.

Can I order snap fasteners with my own logo?

Yes. We produce snap fasteners, eyelets, rivets and trouser buttons in your colour, printed or embossed with your logo. Find out more under Custom solutions.

What connections do the machines require?

The pneumatic machine T12 needs compressed air, the MLP 74 / 96 runs electrically on 230 V. The fully automatic attaching machine for eyelets requires 230 V / 50 Hz and air at 6 bar, the M11 220 V single-phase.

You will find the exact details for each machine under Fully automatic machines.

Does the material have to be punched before setting?

Not with the fully automatic machines: the M11 is self-piercing, while the attaching machine for eyelets as well as the NE 52-1K and NE 54E-2K pre-punch automatically. Punching and setting thus take place in a single operation.

For the T12 and the hand screw presses we will gladly advise you on the right punching tool.

Which eyelets are suitable for banners and tarpaulins in series?

For tarpaulin fabric we recommend K-eyelets: their claws grip the fabric, so no washer is needed. The NE 52-1K sets K-eyelets up to 20 mm inner diameter fully automatically and rolls in the base material – for high tear-out resistance.
