Further information

Packaging unit or colour: If an item is not available in the packaging unit or colour you requested, we will
1. adjust the packaging unit and/or
2. offer you an alternative item.
Prepayment & invoice: New customers may be asked to pay in advance – you will receive a payment request with the order confirmation. Otherwise, goods are shipped exclusively on invoice.
No exchange or return: As many items are specially produced, processed or procured, we generally do not take back goods. Further information in our GTC.
